Ingredients:

  • 1 package of 8-count frozen biscuits
  • 1 lb. crumbled breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Prepare the frozen biscuits according to package directions.
  2. Prepare the griddle to high heat and brown the sausage meat for 10 minutes, until no longer pink.
  3. Place a skillet on the griddle.
  4. Melt the butter in the skillet and stir in the flour.
  5. Slowly drizzle in the milk and keep stirring until the desired consistency has been reached.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 sliced onions

  • 6 cod fillets

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup rum

  • ¾ lb. cubed salmon
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • 2 lb. chicken breasts and thighs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Spice Rub:

  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Marinade:

  • ¾ cup soy sauce

  • 7 strips of bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. dill

Directions:

  1. Cook the potatoes in a pot of salted boiling water for 15 minutes, until they are soft.
  2. Drain them and let them sit for 1 hour to dry. They won’t crisp if they are wet.

  • 6 slices turkey meat
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
