Cooking Time: 35 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 750g of Diced Boneless Chicken Breast or Thighs
  • 2 Tablespoons of Curry Powder
  • 450g of Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 Diced Onions
  • 450g of Tinned Coconut Milk
  • 3 Teaspoons of Ground Ginger
  • 3 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 2 Teaspoons of Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons of Ground Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 250g of Wholegrain Rice

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and gently heat at a medium temperature.
  2. Once heated, add the chicken to the frying pan and season with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken until it’s cooked through, or for around 10-12 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the overall size of the chicken, however.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan once cooked and set it aside in a bowl.
  4. Pour another tablespoon of oil into the pan and gently fry the onions for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the curry powder, coriander, cumin, paprika, and turmeric to the pan. Stir well to combine the flavours. Fry the mixture for 1-2 minutes and then slowly mix in the tomato puree. Cook the mixture for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Put the chicken back into the pan and pour in the coconut milk, tomatoes, and stock cube. Stir vigorously and let the curry simmer for 13-15 minutes.
  7. In a pot, add the rice and fill ¾ of the way with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat, and cook the rice for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
  8. When the curry begins to thicken, remove it from the heat.
  9. Drain the rice and serve with the chicken curry.

  • 500g of Penne Pasta

  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 750ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk (Or Whichever You Prefer)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature.
  2. Add pasta and water to a deep pot and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes on a low heat, then drain and set aside once ready.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the butter gently so it begins to melt, and mix in the onions. Cook for 7-9 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Add the flour to the onions and increase the heat slightly. Continuously stir so the onions are coated with the flour and slowly pour in the milk.
  5. Season well and heat the milk and onion mixture until it thickens and becomes a sauce. Mix in ¾ of the cheese and stir until it fully melts. Remember to continuously stir to prevent sticking.
  6. Pour the pasta into an oven-safe baking dish and mix in the tuna, sweetcorn, and peas. Pour the white sauce over the fish and mix well to combine the ingredients thoroughly.

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 150g of Premade Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 150g of Flour

  • 1 Pint of Chicken Stock
  • 1 Pint of Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons of All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 10g of Unsalted Butter
  • 125g of Premade Breadcrumbs
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheddar Cheese
  • 250g of Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature and grease a deep baking dish.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil and brown the chicken for 7-9 minutes. Put the chicken into a bowl once cooked.
  3. Pour the pasta shells and broccoli into a deep cooking pot and fill with water. Season with salt and cook for 5 minutes, before draining the water and setting the pasta to one side.
  4. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir well and slowly whisk flour into the pan. Do the same for the stock and whisk thoroughly to combine the ingredients to create a smooth mixture.
  5. Slowly add the milk, whisking as it goes into the pan. Continue to whisk until everything is combined well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and simmer.
  6. Remove the sauce from the heat and mix in ¾ of the cheddar and parmesan. Season well and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  7. In a large bowl, mix the chicken in with the broccoli and cooked pasta and carefully pour the cheese sauce over it. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken, pasta, and broccoli are coated with the sauce.
  8. Then pour the pasta and chicken into the baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  9. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ready-to-Cook Cod Fillets
  • 1 Packet of Premade Batter Mix
  • 8-10 Peeled King Edward Potatoes
  • 250g of Tinned Peas
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at a low temperature and do the same for your deep-fat fryer.
  2. Slice the potatoes into thick-cut chips and line them on a baking tray. Drizzle a touch of olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Heat the fryer (if using a deep-fat fryer) and season the fish with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the fish into the batter mixture and ensure to coat each fillet sufficiently. Place the fillets in the fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Do the same for all fillets.
  5. Pour the peas into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 400g of Cod Fillets
  • 300ml of Semi-Skimmed or Whole Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chopped Parsley
  • 8 Peppercorns
  • 2 Eggs
  • The Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 450g of Peeled and Chopped Potatoes
  • 200g of Premade Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 4 Small Potatoes
  • 250g of Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 200g of Tinned Baked Beans
  • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Fill a cooking pot with potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes for 12 minutes, then drain and mash until the potatoes are creamy and smooth.
  2. Add peppercorns and milk to a pan and poach the fish for 8-10 minutes. Once the fish is flaky, remove it from the pan and be sure to drain the fish well.
  3. Flake the fish and leave it in a bowl.
  4. Place the potatoes onto a plate and pierce the top with a fork. Cook in the microwave for 10-15 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes and the strength of the machine.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and mix in the onions and fry for 2-4 minutes or until they’re soft.
  6. When the spring onions are cooked, remove them from the pan, and mix them in the bowl with the fish, along with the lemon zest, parsley, and potatoes. Combine well to ensure the ingredients are fully mixed.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and create small patties from the fish and potato mix. Place the patties on a plate and set aside for 5 minutes to firm up.
  8. Put breadcrumbs in a bowl and beat 2 eggs in a second. Coat each fishcake in the egg and dip in the breadcrumbs. Do this for all fishcakes.
  9. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the fishcakes for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  10. Remove the baked potatoes from the microwave and carefully slice 2 cuts to the top to create a little pocket. Fill with beans and cheese and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes more to melt the cheese and cook the beans.

  2. Put the chicken in a pan and fill it with water. Boil the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the chicken and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Then, begin to break apart the chicken. Once the chicken is shredded, set it aside for later.
  4. In a saucepan, mix cumin, basil, chili powder, salt, chicken stock, onion, red pepper, garlic powder, and the tomato cooking sauce. Whisk thoroughly and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-4 minutes – or until the sauce begins to thicken up.
  5. Ladle a thin layer of the sauce to a greased baking tin, then add the chicken to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes to warm the chicken.
  6. Spoon the chicken and sauce mixture into each tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. Wrap each tortilla and place them in the baking tin. Layer all tortillas and spoon the remaining sauce over the top.

  1. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil and add the onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes before adding the mince, garlic, and oregano.
  3. Stir vigorously to separate the mince and fry for 5-7 minutes. Continue to brown until most of the moisture has reduced and no pink remains.
