Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 150g of Peeled Potatoes
  • 100g of Peeled and Thinly Sliced Carrots
  • 100g of Green Beans
  • 100g of Dijon Mustard
  • 100g of Garlic Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature.
  2. Carefully slice a small pocket into the side of the each chicken breast and spoon in the mustard and garlic butter.
  3. Line a baking tray with kitchen foil and place the stuffed chicken onto the tray. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes – or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, slice the potatoes lengthwise to create thick-cut chips and layer on a baking tray.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chips and cover with kitchen foil. Place in the oven and cook until golden brown or for around 12-15 minutes.
  6. Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Add the carrots and cooks for 2 minutes before adding the green beans and salt. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes and remove from the heat.
  7. Remove the chicken and chips from the oven when both are fully cooked and serve with the carrots and green beans.

  • 1 Diced White Onion
  • 25g of Torn Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 Teaspoons of Mixed Herbs
  • 2 Sliced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mustard or Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons of Horseradish, Mustard, or Ketchup Sauce (Optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the egg, herbs, beef, and half of the diced onions. Combine well and create small or medium-sized patties.
  2. Pour the oil into a frying pan and gently heat.
  3. Add the patties to the frying pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on a low temperature. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until they’re cooked through.
  4. When the burger patties are almost cooked, add the remaining onions to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they soften. If necessary, add a touch more oil.
  5. Spread mustard or mayonnaise on the burger buns and remove the burgers from the frying pan.
  6. Top the burger with the sliced cheese, fried onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, horseradish, or ketchup.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Sliced Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 Whole Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 Tablespoons of Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 250g of Green Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 250g of Spinach Leaves
  • 200g of Lettuce Leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven on a medium temperature.
  2. Spread oil over the pork loin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and grill it for 7-8 minutes. Turn the loin and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Spread the apple slices on a second baking tray and smear the syrup over them. Place in the grill for 3-4 minutes on a low-to-medium heat. Flip, then grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside in a bowl to cool down.
  4. Fill a pan with water and green beans. Season and boil the water. Cook the green beans on a medium temperature for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the beans when ready.
  5. When cooked, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for a good 10-12 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of oil, syrup, salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar to create a dressing. Add the lettuce leaves, apples, spinach, and green beans and toss well.
  7. Slice the pork and serve with the apple salad.

  • 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 350g of Crushed Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 250g of Chopped Button Mushrooms

  • 750g of Marinara Sauce
  • 50g of Yeast

  • 2 Deseeded and Diced Red Peppers
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
  • 3 Teaspoons of Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 400g of Tinned Tomatoes
  • 100g of Tinned, Cooked Butter Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 Teaspoons of Agave Syrup
  • 100g of Dry Couscous
  • 100g of Soya Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Take a deep roasting tin and add the squash. Cover the squash with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, then remove and stir in the parsley. Put back into the oven and cook for a further 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, add a drop of oil and heat. Add the onions and cook for 5-6 minutes, then mix in the garlic and peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix the butter beans, syrup, tomatoes, and butter beans into the garlic and onions. Combine well and let the mixture simmer until the liquid reduces or around 25 minutes on a low heat.
  5. In a pan, gently heat the couscous for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once the squash is cooked, remove from the oven, and serve with couscous and the yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Fresh Gutted Mackerels with Tail and Head Removed
  • 10g of Chopped Coriander
  • 75g of Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Sliced Artichoke with Its Steam, Choke, and Leaves Removed
  • 10 Chopped Basil Leaves
  • 4 Peeled Boiled Eggs
  • 4 Quartered Tomatoes
  • 6 Thinly Sliced Radishes
  • 4 Thinly Sliced Spring Onions
  • 100g of Green Beans
  • 75ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 50g of Anchovy Paste
  • 4 Tablespoons of White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, add the mackerel and cover with half of the oil. Season with pepper and a touch of salt, then add the coriander and 25ml of water. Gently heat on a low temperature for 5-7 minutes or until the mackerel is cooked through.
  2. Remove the mackerel from the heat and carefully flake off the bone. Be careful to ensure there are no fish bones and place in a bowl and set to one side.
  3. Fill a pan with water and cook the green beans for 5-7 minutes or until they’re blanched. Remove the beans from the water and mix in with the flaked mackerel pieces.
  4. Add the tomatoes, beans, onions, artichokes, radishes, basil, and spring onions to the mackerel. Quarter the eggs and mix to combine well.
  5. In a bowl, mix anchovy paste, oil, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
  6. Line the lettuce leaves with the mackerel salad and serve with the dressing.

Cooking Time: 50-60 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs of Ground Beef
  • 1 Pint of Beef Broth
  • 50g of Sweetcorn
  • 75g of Peas
  • 55g of Diced Carrots
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 50g of Butter
  • 2lbs of Peeled and Chopped Potatoes
  • 2 Teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to a medium-to-high temperature setting.
  2. Fill a large cooking pot with water and potatoes. Season with salt and bring to a boil –2-3 minutes. Then, turn down the heat and allow the potatoes to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until they’re cooked through.
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of butter to a frying pan and mix in the onions and carrots. Gently cook for 8-10 minutes or until the onions are softened. Stir in the peas and sweetcorn and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Put the beef into the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes and no pink remains. Lightly season with pepper and salt, then mix in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Allow the broth mix simmer for 10-15 minutes on a low heat.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the heat and drain. Put the potatoes back in the pot and mix in 4-5 tablespoons of butter. Mash the potatoes well until they are light and creamy.
  7. In a greased baking dish, pour in the beef and vegetable mix and spoon the mashed potatoes over the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper when ready.

  • 1lb of Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt
  • 500ml of Chicken Stock
  • 2 Teaspoons of Corn Starch
  • 1 Teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Teaspoons of Chopped Thyme
  • 5 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Sliced Red Bell Peppers
  • 10g of Torn Spinach Leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven on a medium setting.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and gently heat. Add in the pork and season well. Cook for 2-4 minutes, turn, and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the heat and put the pan into the oven to bake for 8-12 minutes. Cook until the pork is cooked through, then remove from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Once rested, slice the pork into strips.
  4. In the pan, combine pepper, salt, the vinegar, chicken stock, and corn starch. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes or until it has thickened.
  5. In a frying pan or skillet, add oil and cook garlic, thyme, and the peppers for 2-3 minutes. Then, remove from the pan and oven in the oven to bake for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the peppers from the oven and serve with the pork.
