No-bake cookies aren’t like traditional cookies. There is no baking time needed and virtually little effort required. These homemade recipes are fantastic and perfect to try out at home too!

Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes.
Yield: 8-10 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of Cornflakes
  • 200g of Cooking Milk Chocolate
  • 15g of Shaved White Chocolate

Directions:

  1. Break the chocolate into a bowl and place it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Continue to blast the chocolate in short intervals of 20-30 seconds until it has melted.
  2. Remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir to ensure no lumps remain.
  3. Slowly add the cornflakes to the melted chocolate and mix well until the cornflakes are fully coated.
  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cornflake mixture out at a time and plate in a paper cup. Do the same until the cornflake mixture is used up.
  5. Sprinkle the white chocolate on top and place the cornflake cookies in the refrigerator to set for 30-35 minutes.

  • 150g of Dark Chocolate
  • 100g of Mini White Chocolate Chips
  • 175g of Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of Chocolate Spread
  • 55g of Butter
  • 250g of Oat Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 150ml of Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl and put it in the microwave to melt for 20-30 seconds. Stir the melted butter mixture, then slowly pour in the vanilla, milk, and salt.
  2. Add flour to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and spread and combine the mixture well.
  4. Line a baking tray with a non-slip baking mat or parchment paper and scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie mixture onto the tray. Flatten the cookies out slightly and place them in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
  5. Add the dark chocolate to a bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir, then heat for another 30 seconds. Do this until the chocolate melts.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
  • 50ml of Coconut Water
  • 125g of Almond Flour
  • 150ml of Coconut Oil
  • 100ml of Syrup
  • 100g of 90% White Chocolate

Directions:

  1. Put ¾ of the coconut oil into a pan and slowly heat at a medium temperature for 1-2 minutes. Then, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the oil, syrup, flour, water, and ¾ of the coconut into a food processor and pulse for 1 minute. Whisk the mixture with a spoon and pulse for another 2 minutes until a dough is formed.
