  • 500g of Spaghetti
  • 450g of Tinned Tuna
  • 250g of Quartered Vine Tomatoes
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Chopped Chillies
  • 75ml of Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chopped Parsley
  • 175ml of White Wine
  • 80g of Chopped Capers (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Add the spaghetti to a pan and fill ¾ of the way with water. Bring to a slow boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour the oil into a large frying pan and gently heat at a medium temperature. Add the capers, garlic, and chillies, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Put the tomatoes into the pan and cook for 2 minutes, then add the wine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the wine reduces by half.
  4. Drain the tuna and add to the pan. Mix the tuna around the pan to break it up.
  5. Remove the spaghetti from the heat and drain the pasta well but keep 75ml of the pasta water. Add the spaghetti and pasta water to the pan with the garlic and stir well to combine. Warm the spaghetti in the pan for a minute.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley on top.

Ingredients:

  • 175g of Torn Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Cod Fillets
  • 150g of Spaghetti
  • 2 Sliced Red Chillies
  • 1 Diced Red Onion
  • 250g of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sunflower Oil

Directions:

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes.
Yield: 2-4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 300g of Spaghetti
  • 8 Sliced Rashers of Smoked Bacon (Or Pancetta)
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 75ml of White Wine
  • 75g of Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons of Crushed Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 25ml of Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Fill a pan with cold water and add salt. Bring the pan to a boil and then add the pasta. Let the spaghetti slowly cook for 7-9 minutes on a low heat.
  2. In a deep or large frying pan, add the oil and bacon and cook for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Mix the garlic into the pan and let it cook for 1 minute. Then pour in the wine and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes.

  2. Combine cayenne pepper, oil, hot sauce, and ground pepper in a bowl and let the chicken marinate in it for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken into the baking tray and smear mustard over the breasts. Cook the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Put the spaghetti into a large pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat slightly and cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain when ready and set to one side for a few minutes.
  5. Add wine and stock to a pan and heat it gently. Let the mixture reduce for 4-5 minutes, then add the chilli flakes, cream, and garlic. Pour in the spaghetti and tomatoes and coat in the sauce.

  • 250g of Spaghetti
  • 1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper

  • 100g of Quartered Tomatoes
  • 300g of Herb and Tomato Pasta Sauce

Directions:

  1. Fill a pan with water and spaghetti. Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat slightly and cook the pasta for 7 minutes.
  2. Add the spinach leaves to the spaghetti and let it cook with the spaghetti for 3 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 350g of Spaghetti
  • 200g of Chopped Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Roughly Chopped Chillies (Keep the Seeds if You Prefer More Spice)
  • 1 Finely Diced White Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves

Directions:

  1. Place the spaghetti into a large pan and fill with cold water. Put the pan onto a medium heat and bring to a boil. Lower the heat then add the broccoli. Let the pasta simmer for 7-9 minutes.
  2. Add the oil to a large frying pan and heat slowly. Add the onion and cook on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then add the chilli and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the spaghetti pan from the heat and drain well. Then, add the spaghetti and broccoli to the frying pan. Combine well with the onion and warm through for 1 more minute.
