- Preheat oven to 350°F. 
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until combined. 
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. 
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. 
- Add eggs and beat until combined. 
- Pour batter into prepared crust and spread evenly. 
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set. 
- Remove from oven and spread buffalo sauce on top. 
- Sprinkle blue cheese over the sauce. 
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until set. 
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
