Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add eggs and beat until combined.
Pour batter into prepared crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Remove from oven and spread buffalo sauce on top.
Sprinkle blue cheese over the sauce.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until set.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
