Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked through, about 4 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice, white wine, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Top with cooled shrimp mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Notes

Be sure to use pre-cooked shrimp for this dish. Raw shrimp will not cook properly and will be rubbery.
Make sure to mix the cream cheese mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
For a lighter version, use light cream cheese and reduced-fat Parmesan cheese.
This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
