  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Halved and Pitted Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chilli Flakes
  • 250g of Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Sliced Red Onion
  • 150g of Torn Spinach
  • 200g of Roughly Chopped Mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and coat a roasting tin with cooking spray.
